Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with two-wheeler loan inquiries.

  • Guide customers through the application process for fast and hassle-free loan approval.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints by directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about various loan products and industry changes.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of the loan application process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service or financial services role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse customer profiles.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and other customer service applications.
