Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection standards.
