Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or similar position in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
• Proficient in using transcription software and word processing tools effectively.
• Excellent listening, editing, and communication skills for transcription accuracy.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Certification from a transcriptionist training program is preferred but not mandatory.
