Job Description

As an ERP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing our organization's enterprise resource planning systems. Your deep understanding of ERP software will enable you to identify business needs, design efficient solutions, and support the implementation of systems that optimize business operations. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you'll ensure that our organizational systems are robust, integrated, and efficient. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively. You will be instrumental in helping the company to streamline processes, increase productivity and maintain a competitive edge in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of company processes to identify efficiency improvements.
  • Design and implement ERP solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Provide training and support to ensure successful ERP system adoption.
  • Validate and oversee system integration with existing business processes.
  • Monitor the performance of ERP systems and suggest enhancements as needed.
  • Document technical specifications and procedures associated with ERP implementations.
  • Coordinate with software developers for customizations necessary to fit business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and data security protocols within ERP systems.
  • Lead change management activities to facilitate successful system transitions.
  • Continuously explore emerging ERP technologies to identify potential business benefits.
  • Communicate system changes clearly to stakeholders and provide ongoing user support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and ERP implementation techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex processes into solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data integration and software development best practices is essential.
