Responsibilities

• Create detailed, clear, and concise reports to communicate findings effectively.

• Work with IT teams to improve data collection and storage processes.

• Provide support and training to end-users on BI tools and reports.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of analytical processes and tools.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Excellent SQL skills with a solid understanding of database management systems.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience with data warehouse design and data mining is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse teams.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy of data analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
