• Work closely with kitchen staff and management for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Upsell menu items to increase revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Process guest payments accurately, including handling cash and card transactions.
• Provide recommendations on menu selections, pairing food and beverages effectively.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down restaurant events as needed.
• Stay updated on menu changes, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a waitress or customer service role preferred.
