Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor and record patient symptoms and vital signs accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care efficiently.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and report changes promptly.
• Ensure adherence to strict health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training opportunities.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
• Prepare patients for examinations, tests, and treatments ensuring comfort.
• Operate medical equipment relevant to patient care and treatment procedures.
• Assist in emergency medical situations providing quick and effective care.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience in a clinical setting required.
• Strong understanding and adherence to nursing care protocols and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and professionalism.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certified.
