Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office applications needed.
  • Current real estate license in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
