We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a focus on IT and Scrum Master practices to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and overseeing the successful delivery of technology projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from inception to completion with strategic oversight.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for scrum teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to minimize project impact and ensure continuity.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
• Provide regular updates to management and other stakeholders regarding project status.
• Mentor and coach scrum teams on agile best practices, promoting continuous improvement.
• Conduct risk management strategies to minimize project risks effectively.
• Ensure technical feasibility through collaboration with developers and technical leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master in IT projects.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum frameworks and processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
• Certification in PMP, CSM, or similar agile certifications preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Prior experience in risk management and quality assurance related to IT projects.
