As a Motion Graphics Artist, you will transform visual narratives into dynamic and captivating animations that captivate audiences and communicate messages in an engaging way. You will work closely with creative teams to conceptualize and design animations that align with the brand's vision and marketing goals. Your role is crucial in bringing static graphics to life, and you will have a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, coupled with technical skills in animation and graphic design software. From storyboarding to final outputs, you will manage the creation process of motion graphics for various platforms, ensuring each piece is not only visually stunning but also tells a compelling story.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations for promotional and marketing campaigns.
• Create dynamic and visually appealing representational graphics to enhance the storytelling process.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video producers, and other creative team members.
• Manage all aspects of animation and motion graphics production including timing, color, and sequence.
• Coordinate revisions and feedback efficiently while maintaining project timelines and deadlines.
• Research and analyze graphics techniques and software to apply the latest industry trends.
• Ensure consistency in design and animation across all delivered outputs and marketing collateral.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new animation ideas and effects.
• Prepare storyboards and modify shot lists based on client and director feedback.
• Optimize and format graphics for display on different digital platforms and screen sizes.
• Maintain an organized archive of project files for easy access and reference in the future.
• Continuously develop skills and keep up to date with new animation techniques and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Artist or similar creative role.
• Proficient in motion graphics and video editing software like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and ability to convey complex ideas simply.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams and clients.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation projects.
