Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities through effective market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and present customized sales presentations to meet the unique needs of corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support for corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively to achieve or exceed established sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as necessary for business growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager for strategic planning.
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing market share in corporate sales.
  • Foster a proactive approach in resolving client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase revenue within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales or similar sales environments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic thinking orientation.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • High level of self-motivation, passion, and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
