UI/UX Designer (225-908)

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and attractive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and visuals.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Translate user requirements and business objectives into sleek and functional UI/UX designs.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Work closely with developers to understand technical requirements and constraints.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and adjust designs to improve usability.
• Participate in design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback from peers and stakeholders.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers, product managers, and other team members.
• Ensure final designs achieve high-quality standards and compiles with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, or related field.
• Proven experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for digital products.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and creative problem-solving ability.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and collaborate with team members.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
