Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our patients. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering direct nursing care, evaluating patient needs, and providing emotional support to both patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of healthcare. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes in patient status to the physician or healthcare team promptly.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medications, and nursing assessments.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, fostering a comforting environment.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and post-hospital care procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with the medical team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist in emergency and critical care situations by providing timely and efficient care as required.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay updated on best nursing practices and advancements.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control measures and other safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license .
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care responsibilities appropriately.
  • Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technology systems.
  • CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
