Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our IT Services division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and client relationship management within the IT sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. This is a critical role within our organization where you will strategize and implement sales initiatives, identify business opportunities, and contribute significantly to the growth and success of our IT services. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting IT services market needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends and adjust sales strategies to improve profitability.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients in the IT sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and clients.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast sales performance and make informed decisions.
  • Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client's specific needs.
  • Manage sales pipeline and report on sales activities and outcomes regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships over time.
