A Sales and Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives. This position necessitates a dynamic individual skilled in promoting products and services, identifying new sales leads, and sustaining relationships with existing clients. The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets by working closely with the marketing department to refine promotional strategies and campaigns. Adept at negotiation, communication, and problem-solving, this executive must be both proactive and reactive to market trends. They must also analyze data to inform business decisions, ensuring the company remains competitive in an ever-evolving market.


Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing role preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are critical.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Adept at data analysis and using insights to influence business strategy.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
