Job Description

As a Recruitment Executive, you play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The Recruitment Executive will work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop strategies to fill those roles with the best candidates. You'll also have the opportunity to influence and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organizational goals, ensuring a high quality of hire while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and expectations.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to source and recruit candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams promptly.
  • Provide candidates with timely feedback and updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Enhance employer branding through consistent and positive candidate experiences.
  • Track recruitment metrics to optimize the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the employer brand.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably as a recruitment executive.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
