As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent in the industry. You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their unique hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Your expertise in crafting compelling job descriptions, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates will ensure that we bring in top-notch individuals who align with our company's culture and goals. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and post them on appropriate platforms for visibility.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a candidate database and manage candidate communication and follow-up processes.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build relationships with educational institutions and attend career fairs to source entry-level talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role for at least 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases for efficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure efficient recruitment operations.
