Job Description

The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sale and lease of fleet vehicles. This role involves developing strategic plans to ensure sales targets are met, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results. The Fleet Sales Manager works closely with the marketing department to promote products and services, analyzes market trends to identify new business opportunities, and ensures that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry standards. A successful Fleet Sales Manager is a dynamic leader with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the fleet sales team to achieve targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to prospective corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on maximizing profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to the fleet sales team.
  • Manage customer feedback and resolve any escalated issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient delivery and service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Fleet Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
