We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us create visually stunning animations. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with a variety of teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to produce professional-quality motion graphics and video content. Your creative prowess will help drive brand awareness and engage audiences across multiple platforms. You must be proficient in industry-standard software and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities

• Develop compelling motion graphics for various digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to conceptualize and execute animated content.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Create storyboard concepts and visualizations for new projects and campaigns.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in motion design and animation.
• Optimize animations for various formats and platforms, ensuring quality and performance.
• Ensure all produced content is cohesive and aligns with brand standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with videographers and editors to integrate motion graphics into video content.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve departmental processes and creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics and animation projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Excellent knowledge of video editing software and animation tools and techniques.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
