Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and relevant foreign languages.
  • Previous experience in an international voice process or customer service role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different time zones.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and ability to learn new software tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
