As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of civil construction projects on-site. Your role is central to ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with the established designs, schedules, and safety standards. You will be the primary point of contact for site operations, managing subcontractors, coordinating with engineers, and liaising with project managers to ensure seamless progress. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor for at least 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials in civil engineering.
• Excellent leadership and management skills to oversee site team operations.
• Strong communication skills for correspondence with engineers and project managers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
• Proficient in project management software and site management applications.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail in project execution.
