Automation Tester (225-810)

As an Automation Tester, you will be a key player in our software development process by ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient automated test scripts for software applications.
• Collaborate with developers to understand functionality requirements and design test cases.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly in testing software.
• Work with teams to ensure that test coverage is adequate and comprehensive.
• Implement and execute regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Analyze automation test results and prepare reports on the outcomes.
• Continuously improve and update testing processes based on current methodologies.
• Participate in continuous testing cycle to ensure seamless deployments.
• Help configure and set up test environments as integral testing prerequisites.
• Assist in defining project timelines and providing quality assurance insights.
• Identify test process bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement.
• Stay abreast with the latest industry trends and technologies in automation testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in automation testing or similar software testing role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or Java.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium or JUnit is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
