Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional architect registration and a valid practicing license are essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, environmental legislation, and zoning regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
