Spoken English Trainer (225-721)

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a thorough understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills. This role involves designing and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to various learners' needs, levels, and learning styles. The trainer will help students improve their English for academics, career advancement, or personal growth, utilizing a range of resources including digital tools and interactive activities. Additionally, the trainer should be capable of evaluating student progress, providing feedback, and fostering a supportive learning environment that enhances confidence in spoken English.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an English language trainer or ESL instructor.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse student groups.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms.
• Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA will be an added advantage.
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
