Work hard, play hard. Always. Our relentless commitment to client success, our employee resource groups and our promise to empower our teams to reach their full potential are a few examples of what makes MRI Software special.

And we’re insanely dedicated to creating a work environment that you look forward to every single day. That’s why we invest heavily in our employee engagement, so you enjoy the tech industry’s best perks. Together with the whole Pride, (lion roar for "family") employees, customers, and partners, we’re on a mission to break new ground and lead the real estate industry into a digital-first future.

We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Dubai office.

About The Role

As a CAFM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering software implementation and consultancy services that empower clients to optimise their facilities management operations. With a strong background in software installation, implementation, and consultancy, you will act as both a trusted advisor and a technical expert, ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with client success at the forefront.

You will be adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-driven—able to navigate complex situations, interpret and analyse data, and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences. This role is well-suited to a consultant who thrives in a dynamic environment, values teamwork, and demonstrates initiative in both client delivery and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of core product solutions within agreed scope and timelines, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
  • Translate client requirements into precise technical documentation and actionable solutions.
  • Validate, interpret, and manipulate data to support project outcomes.
  • Communicate technical concepts in a clear, audience-appropriate manner.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, promoting best practices across the CAFM product suite.
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, issues, and complaints proactively.
  • Manage workload effectively, highlighting potential delays and working to maintain agreed deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and prioritising feedback.
  • Share knowledge and mentor peers to strengthen team capability and performance.
  • Contribute to team and organisational goals, while pursuing ongoing professional growth.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in software implementation and consultancy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Strong SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, or Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to varying situations and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with the initiative to work independently when required.

We’re obsessed with making this the best job you’ve ever had!

We want our teams to love working here, so we’ve created some incredible perks for you to enjoy:

  • Join our employee-led groups to maximise your experience at work such as our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee, employee resource groups such as Women and Allies, and our Pride Event Group.
  • Enjoy a fantastic work-life balance with 24 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and finish early 6 times a year with our ‘Flexi’ scheme.
  • Further your professional development and growth with our generous Tuition Reimbursement Schemes.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere in the world for two weeks out of the year!
  • Encouraging you to stay fit and healthy, we offer gym membership reimbursement to help you be the best version of yourself.

MRI continues to strive to amaze as a global industry leader in real estate software. Whether you are joining as a new pride member or bringing your expertise back, your talent is important to maintaining MRI’s high client experience standard and continuing our growth in the PropTech space.

Amazing growth takes amazing employees. Are you up to the challenge?
