Job Description

Our company's facade Marketing Engineer must act as the technical and commercial bridge between façade engineering products and the construction market. This role involves promoting façade solutions to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers, providing technical support, and driving business growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development & Promotion

    • Promote façade systems (Fiber cement and fiber glass cladding.) to consultants, architects, contractors, and real estate developers.

    • Conduct product presentations, seminars, and workshops for stakeholders in the construction industry.

    • Identify new business opportunities and market segments for façade products.

  • Technical Support & Consultation

    • Provide technical guidance, system specifications, and solutions to consultants and clients.

    • Assist in the preparation of technical submittals, design support, and compliance documents..

  • Marketing & Business Development

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.

    • Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

    • Prepare case studies, technical brochures, and digital marketing content for façade systems.

    • Support the sales team in tendering, proposal preparation, and key account management.

  • Networking & Relationship Building

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, project owners, and decision-makers.

    • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in façade systems, building materials, or construction sector.

  • Strong understanding of façade engineering systems (fiber cement, insulation, waterproofing, etc.).

  • Experience in technical marketing, specification selling, or business development.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or façade design software is an advantage.

  • Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
