UX Designer (225-907)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to understand and define project requirements.
• Conduct user research and analyze findings to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various digital platforms.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that meet user needs and business goals.
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative design ideas.
• Advocate for the end user and make design decisions with the user in mind.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to the development of a cohesive brand visual identity.
• Ensure all designs are accessible and meet accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user needs.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
