Job Description

The Technical Sales Manager for the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the technical aspects of food technology and the sales strategies required to promote these products. This position involves developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.

  • Train and mentor the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Engage in regular follow-ups with clients to maintain ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the F&B industry or a related technical field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of food and beverage product applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
