Job Description

The Team Leader – Inside Sales plays a pivotal role in guiding and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed company revenue targets. This dynamic position requires an individual with a strong sales background, effective leadership skills, and the ability to develop strategies that drive sales performance. The Team Leader will not only be responsible for monitoring and motivating their team but also for identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. In this role, you'll be challenged to leverage your expertise and creativity to drive the team towards exceptional sales performance, enhanced customer satisfaction, and overall growth and success of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor team performance and provide continuous support and feedback.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for team members.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast sales and contribute to business planning.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure adherence to company sales policies and standards at all times.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales.
  • Manage CRM systems effectively to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop customer-centric solutions and strategies to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales, with leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related technologies is required.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated issues effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
