Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve conflicts with promptness.

  • Conduct regular client reviews and business assessments to gauge client satisfaction and needs.
  • Mentor junior relationship managers and assist in their professional development.
  • Identify and act upon opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive client success.
  • Proficient in CRM software and tools to manage client information and activities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex client requirements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
