Job Description

A Sales & Marketing Executive serves as a key player in driving company growth by developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating sales opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. This position involves a mix of strategic marketing planning and hands-on sales activities to meet revenue targets and expand the brand’s presence in various markets. They will collaborate with various teams to enhance product awareness, increase sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a knack for strategic thinking, and a proactive attitude towards seizing market opportunities. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting and executing innovative sales strategies to achieve business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and forge partnerships to expand client base.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Craft compelling sales pitches and marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop sales plans and achieve key sales metrics.
  • Oversee and manage budget allocations for marketing activities and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in all marketing communications.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding progress and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and personalize sales approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for the role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
