Job Description

The Sales Executive for Packaged Drinking Water is a dynamic role requiring a proactive and results-oriented individual passionate about sales and customer relations. You will represent our brand in the market, responsible for driving sales through strategic planning, keen market observation, and execution of sales tactics. Your primary goal will be to increase market share, deliver growth targets, and solidify and expand the company's reach within the sector. This position involves maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize sales volume. You will work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure that our product remains the customer's first choice in packaged drinking water.


Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure beneficial agreements for the company.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Identify issues and provide solutions to enhance the sales process.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the brand.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and legal regulations.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements to relevant departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the beverage or packaged goods industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Willingness to travel to attend meetings and industry events.
