Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and ensuring its valuable place in the competitive market. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and secure new business accounts, nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, and consistently meeting sales targets. You will be the face of our organization, representing products and services, mastering the art of negotiation, and applying creative and strategic methods to seal deals. With a customer-centric approach, your focus will also be on understanding client needs and aligning them with the solutions offered by our organization. The role demands exemplary communication skills, resilience, and an innate ability to sell, ensuring that you contribute significantly to the success and sustainability of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement efficient marketing strategies to maximize sales targets.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and events to increase brand awareness.
  • Create detailed and accurate sales reports for management review and analysis.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to negotiate and close deals promptly.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services offered by the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to leverage strategies for better business outcomes.
  • Provide reliable forecasts of sales trends to guide the planning and strategy teams.
  • Actively seek feedback from clients to improve products and services continuously.
  • Adapt to various digital tools and platforms to improve sales processes and efficiency.
  • Remain updated with market trends and competitor activities for strategic insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales position.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A results-driven individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to client needs professionally.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related digital tools and applications.
