Job Description

The role of a Project Manager is pivotal in guiding and steering projects from inception to completion across various industries. As the primary point of contact for all project participants, the Project Manager ensures that projects meet business objectives and are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This dynamic professional must possess excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate teams and facilitate successful project delivery. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, schedules, and resources needed.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders using detailed reports and documentation.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and proactively address potential future issues.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors for seamless collaboration.
  • Oversee project documentation and ensure all documents are appropriately maintained and securely stored.
  • Lead project teams through all phases, from planning and execution to closing and post-project evaluation.
  • Facilitate project team meetings and ensure clear communication of project goals and tasks.
  • Utilize project management tools and techniques to track project status and performance.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective expectation management and communication practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven working experience in project management or similar managerial roles is essential.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong working knowledge of various project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
