Odoo Functional Analyst (225-917)

As an Odoo Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in deploying and optimizing the Odoo ERP system for various business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate these needs into effective solutions within the Odoo architecture. Your deep knowledge of Odoo and its functionalities will enable you to design workflows, provide ongoing support, and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for overseeing implementation projects, conducting user training sessions, and troubleshooting system issues. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and align them with the capabilities of the Odoo ERP system.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet the specific requirements of clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
• Experience in project management and delivering solutions within set timelines.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and JavaScript is highly desirable.
