Manual Tester (225-1011)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our software products before they reach our customers. You will work closely with our development team to understand the functional requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate with software developers and project support teams for issue resolution.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure software integrity.
• Review and analyze system specifications to develop an understanding of user requirements.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications and provide timely feedback.
• Participate actively in design reviews and provide valuable insights for improvement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results and collaborate for strategic QA planning.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments to optimize testing processes.
• Work in an Agile environment with frequent reviews and direct support to development.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies in the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role is required.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
