Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a current and valid nursing license required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for managing diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
  • Experience in quality improvement initiatives within a clinical setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities are essential.
