Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve fresh juices and smoothies according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure all fruits and vegetables are washed, peeled, and properly prepared for juicing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the juice bar and all equipment used.
• Assist customers with selecting juices and smoothies, offering suggestions as needed.
• Restock and organize bar supplies, including fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Educate customers about the health benefits of various juice combinations.
• Ensure all beverage orders are accurate and delivered on time during peak hours.
• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth kitchen environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Juice Maker or similar role in food service.
• Strong knowledge of various fruits, vegetables, and their nutritional benefits.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Basic math skills for handling customer payments and managing inventory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
