  • Execute customer retention strategies and contribute to customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Monitor social media platforms for customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction with resolutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and customer service enhancements.
  • Continually strive to exceed customer expectations and service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, handling diverse inquiries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
