Job Description

The role of a Customer Support Executive – Visa Queries involves responsible handling of all visa-related queries and providing exemplary customer service to clients seeking advice on visa applications. As a pivotal communication point in the visa process, you will use your extensive knowledge of visa regulations and requirements to guide clients through their application journey. You will be entrusted with the task of clarifying doubts, collating necessary documents, and ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. Your understanding of various visa processes will be crucial in facilitating smooth communication between applicants and authorities. Responsibilities

Requirements
