As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate information and solutions to their inquiries. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction by handling requests and queries efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong ability to convert negative customer experiences into positive ones. You will be expected to foster outstanding relations with customers as well as collaborating with the team to improve the quality and efficiency of customer interactions. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies efficiently.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their experience with the company.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues as swiftly as possible.
  • Keep abreast of company products and services to better assist customers.
  • Participate in training and development to continuously improve customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for streamlined service.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different personality types.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
