Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs for buildings or structures, incorporating client's requirements.

• Ensure that construction projects comply with all building codes and regulations.

• Oversee the bidding process, evaluate contractor proposals, and assist in selecting contractors.

• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other technological tools for design efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum five years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Licensed architect with registration in the relevant state or region required.
• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards critical for compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and deadlines are maintained.
