As a Senior Recruiter specializing in Engineering & Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans to fill critical positions efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to define recruitment strategies and processes for engineering roles.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, including LinkedIn and engineering platforms.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to determine their qualifications and suitability for various roles.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to facilitate recruiting efforts.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Utilize data and analytics to evaluate recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, job expos, and networking events for potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and smooth onboarding process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better engage with talent pools.
  • Provide training and support to junior recruiters to enhance their recruitment effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in engineering or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier engineering talent.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical skill sets required for roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and attract candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects with competing deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
