Job Description

The Operations Manager for HRO (Human Resources Outsourcing) and Recruitment plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the recruitment processes and human resource management functions within an organization. This position is fundamental to aligning the recruitment needs with strategic business goals, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maximizing overall productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership attributes, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of HR practices and recruitment strategies. As an Operations Manager, you will work closely with department heads and HR teams to streamline operations, enhance candidate experiences, and develop innovative solutions to meet dynamic business requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Assess and improve operational systems for enhanced efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR and recruitment professionals effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and corporate policies.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to inform staffing strategies.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies to maintain low turnover rates.
  • Liaise with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and allocate resources.
  • Facilitate communication between HR teams and upper management concerning operational issues.
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations to assess the effectiveness and provide feedback.
  • Oversee budget preparation and resource allocation for HR and recruitment operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant innovations into strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing recruitment and HR operations successfully.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment management systems.
