Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, your expertise in nurturing client relationships and driving business growth will be pivotal. You will be the primary contact for key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for collaboration. Your role involves understanding client needs and ensuring our services align seamlessly with their objectives. Effective communication, strategic planning, and relationship management are integral to your responsibilities. By fostering positive relationships, you will play a significant role in enhancing client retention and satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of client-based projects and initiatives, becoming an essential part of our company's growth and success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
  • Strategize and deliver solutions to meet client expectations and company goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior management.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators for account management.
  • Resolve client issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure that clients receive services that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Facilitate and lead client meetings and business reviews regularly.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in key account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals consistently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mind.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
