Job Description

As an International BPO Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for handling a diverse range of customer interactions across different time zones. Your role involves meticulously managing inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and providing them with appropriate solutions. Working in the competitive environment of business process outsourcing, you will experience a unique blend of challenge and opportunity. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a knack for problem-solving. Your success in this role will be a result of your ability to engage genuinely with customers while maintaining the company’s service standards and achieving targets set by management.


Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to international clients daily.
  • Coordinate with different departments to locate and provide precise information.
  • Maintain an updated database of all customer communications and inquiries.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for customer interaction and satisfaction rates.
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different customer scenarios.
  • Leverage excellent product knowledge to assist customers effectively and accurately.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company processes and products to inform customer interactions.
  • Escalate critical customer feedback to the appropriate management or departments.
  • Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall customer service experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in handling customer calls and information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service skills and focus on delivering positive experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different international time zones.
  • Competence in using call center and customer management software tools.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and patience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication or related field is a plus.
