Job Description

A Customer Relations Executive plays a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships between a company and its customers.   • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures as required.
  • Maintain a customer-focused attitude in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite for daily tasks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
