Job Description

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing and supervising the financial aspect of our business, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards. Your duties will include analyzing financial reports, preparing statements, and assisting with audits while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. This position requires a strong knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As an Accounts Executive, you will actively contribute to strategic decision-making and support functional departments across the organization to help drive financial performance and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records for all transactions and reports.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual audits and internal reviews.
  • Develop and implement effective financial policies and controls for the organization.
  • Monitor budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning efforts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support to operations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster strong professional relationships with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of taxation reports and related financial documentation.
  • Manage financial projects and provide support to the Finance Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and relevant software applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and accounting software systems.
