  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry-specific regulations in all dealings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in talent solutions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused outlook.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools is desirable.
