Job Description

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and maintaining relationships with our key clients. This dynamic position will involve cooperating closely with clients to understand their needs, strategizing to meet their objectives, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our services. You will work across various departments, serving as a vital liaison between our company and the customer, fostering both new and existing client relationships. Your analytical and communication skills will be essential in delivering tailored solutions, identifying market opportunities, and driving growth within your portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and client management, be target-driven, and have excellent problem-solving capabilities to facilitate seamless execution of client requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver efficient and tailored client solutions.
  • Analyze client feedback to align product offerings with evolving needs and preferences.
  • Assist in developing key account strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports for management.
  • Resolve potential client issues promptly to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend regular meetings with clients to present new products and initiate sales growth.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to increase market share in key segments.
  • Track competitor activities to advise on necessary business strategy adjustments.
  • Participate in industry events and seminars to gain insights and expand professional networks.
  • Maintain an updated database of key accounts information and track interactions regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and identify trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships efficiently and professionally.
  • Proven problem-solving skills for addressing and resolving client concerns.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly advantageous.
